Since 2004, when he founded his company “Deluxe Home Restauration”, Youcef Djellab, disciple of Auguste Escoffier, has been working as a Home Chef.
He chose this activity after having spent years travelling around the world and cooking fine dishes in the stressful atmosphere of the kitchens in some well-known restaurants.
Originally from the Picardy region, now living near Avignon, Youcef Djellab wanted a calmer way of life and especially a different sort of contact with his clientele. It is with great pleasure that he now shares his Provençal, sun-kissed Mediterranean cuisine with French and foreign clients.
Youcef Djellab cooks all over France, as well as abroad for short missions. Just phone him and he will organize anything from a romantic dinner for two to a party for thirty guests.
Once the menu is chosen, the price set and the kitchen inspected to check the conformity of the equipment, he takes care of everything, from the shopping to the logistics of the organization.
On the day, he arrives in his refrigerated vehicle and starts cooking. If requested, he can serve your meal, and then leaves the kitchen as it was on his arrival.
